Comfort Protection Plan
The Boss Mechanical Comfort Protection Plan includes one free service calls per year, 2 maintenances for all your equipment and filters as well as any new equipment Boss installs you will get 10 year labour.
So, what's in the Comfort Protection Plan? Well, it's packed with perks!
1. Twice-a-Year Maintenance
• We'll pop over to your place twice a year to check on your AC, Furnace, Humidifier, Hot Water Tank, and Boiler.
• We'll take care of all the filters for your AC/Furnace, humidifier pads, and/or steam humidifier canisters.
Just to give you an idea, these visits would usually cost between $140+HST to $420+HST, depending on your equipment and filter sizes.
2. A Free Service Call Every Year
• You get one free service call per year (parts not included), anytime you need it.
Normally, this would cost you: $140+HST for a booked call, $210+HST for after hours or weekends, $280+HST for holidays.
3. Discounts Just for You
• You'll get 10% off any parts (excluding your first free call).
• Plus, you'll get 10% off any new equipment we supply and install.
4. Priority Service
• If you need a service call, we'll make sure a technician is at your place within 24 hours of your call.
5. Longer Labour Warranty
• If you buy new equipment while on our plan, we'll extend the labour warranty to 10 years (our standard is a one-year warranty).
• If we've installed any new equipment for you since March 1st, 2022, and you sign up for this plan, we'll extend the labour warranty to 10 years.
• Just remember, you'll need to stay on the plan for the duration of the extended warranty.
• If you cancel your plan, the extended warranty also gets cancelled.
6. Special Promotions
• You'll get access to special deals that are only for our Comfort Protection Plan members.
