In 2010, George Papazolou and Carmine Spadafora merged their growing heating and air conditioning businesses to better meet the needs of their ever-expanding customer base. Boss Mechanical opened its doors with five technicians and one office person.
Today, through the determination and hard work of 16 technicians and 3 office staff, Boss Mechanical continues to expand and enjoys a solid reputation for trust and reliability among their loyal customers - so much so that all of our new business comes from their referals to family friends, neighbours and business partners.
George Papazoglou (Co-Owner) – With a father in the HVAC business, you could say that George was born to be in the heating and air conditioning business, beginning to work with his dad when he was just 12 years old. Always dreaming of owning his own HVAC company, George has 11 years of formal HVAC education and training. Treating customers like family, George likes to help in any way he can and especially likes to make sure none of his clients are cheated by shifty contractors.
Carmine Spadafora (Owner) – Also the son of an HVAC business owner, Carmine started to work with his Dad at age 14. He has a strong sheet metal background, which he complemented with three years of HVAC Engineering at George Brown College and a HVAC Engineer Diploma from Mohawk College.
A fully-licensed HVAC technician, Carmine has always maintained a strong work ethic. Also one to treat customers like family, Carmine isn’t satisfied until his clients are satisfied.
